Sircon is going to provide its insurance agent licensing and product management services to agencies working with Agency Services Group in a new partnership.

Okemos, Mich.-based Sircon also will offer ProducerEDGE accounts so Agency Services Group’s agents can track of their own licensing, compliance and continuing education credits. Agency Services Group works with more than 120 agencies in the Midwest and southern states. The average agency size is between $3.5 million and $25 million in revenue, company officials said.
“At ASG, our goal is to be a one-stop source for every operational and strategic solution an independent agency needs to remain competitive,” said Todd Ruthruff, vice president of Agency Services Group, in a statement.
Scott Morrison, vice president of marketing for Sircon, said in a statement that his company was happy to join forces with “a specialized aggregator” like Agency Services Group.
Officials with both companies said the deal positions Sircon to expand its relationship with Agency Services Group in the future.
Sircon works with insurance carriers, agencies and brokers, education providers, agents and state regulators for licensing, recruiting, contracting, appointments, regulatory compliance, education tracking and producer management.
Agency Services Group is a subsidiary of Agency Business Solutions, with provides consulting and business improvement services for insurance agencies.
